Typically Monitoring via analog phone lines costs about $25 to $35 per month using a UL listed Professional licensed Monitoring Central Station

For Security you can add $15 for arm/disarm remotely using a cellular communicator

Typical monitoring for Fire Alarm with a High Supervision cellular is $48 per month

When you monitor your Fire Alarm using 2 analog phone lines the cost is $25 to $35 per month but keep in mind often the analog lines cost over $40 each

Radio Monitoring for Security or Fire Alarm is about $45 per month and is very reliable. You can’t do remote arm/disarm with Radio monitoring

In Salt Lake City we only add $10 per month for alarm response where a marked security car with an uniformed guard responds to the alarm.
You get up to for alarm responses per year for that amount. If you want the guard to enter the home or business the cost is $20 per month which is called Key response

There are many other services such as openings and closings, reports that show early to open or late to close and Peak also is licensed to install UL2050 High Security installations and bank and vault.

Elevator Monitoring for having a live person answer the elevator phone is $20 per month with a discount for multiple elevators

Great for fried rice, it is a bit oily so I cook it and then use a paper towel to get the oil off and then put it in the fried rice with oyster sauce, vegs, soy sauce etc….

Know what your buying because often it looks like one thing and you get another. Professional Monitoring stations especially ones that are UL listed and 5 diamond certified like Peak Alarm provide a much different service than computer monitoring or the lowest cost monitoring you can get off the internet.
